No PayPal Account Required - you can use your credit card. Look for "Don't have a PayPal Account Link".

Enter the payment details and the amount you wish to send to CEC (for board or other invoices... please include the invoice number in the details. Also, the system will add 3% to the Total invoice (the after Tax Total), please check that it does or you may not send the correct payment and will still owe CEC.
